Today the stress analyst (Mr. Pribek from Vienna) was with a restaurant inspection with us locally. Our sample excavation has devoted that it built is as if no cellar would be under it and if one digs 2 meters beside it an excavation exists the danger it slips away. The stress analyst strikes a “venture” before i.e. along the house is in sections up-dug and the foundation to to the cellar foundation extended. Thus I can adjust myself to a few thousand euro extra costs: - (

Submission at the municipality

With more easily delay our submitting plans at the Fr. before Whitsuntide (13 became. May 2005) finished. Since we were on the day already on short vacation, my wife got the plans only at the Di. 17. and today, Mi. 18. , We submitted May. The plans in the apron already several times with the board of works leader of the municipality Himberg, Hrn. Ruzak, co-ordinated therefore us assured which we permission are surely and fast gotten. We were cared for by Hrn. Ruzak very friendly and competently, I would wish ourselves at all authorities such a service to get.Since only few neighbors party position have, I them all know and none suffers a disadvantage by our house surely no objection raised. Thus it will give only a shortened procedure without building negotiation. As per information of the municipality the building permit should be in approx. 4 weeks there.
