An eventful week lies behind us…

… and a still much more more eventful lies before us!
Last week we assigned the wells and the channel at the company Steiner building. The first offer for the channel shocked us, but after a clarifying telephone call the expenditure could weden within limits held by something restructuring.
We found also a geo meter for the “Parifizierungsplan” demanded by our consultant. The plan will load our budget again also over 1.000, - €, since a measurement is necessary locally.
The electrician has itself the installations locally regarded and now is certain that we will get their own inlet and their own current support to need. Total costs for river from the property border 7,000 estimated in the house € - (!)
Vienna stream wanted for the registration data to our heat pump as we an aluminum melt would establish (phase angle, break-away starting current, approach assistance…), it does not pull any more river than a laundry dryer, in addition our electrician would have had to stamp each sheet - therefore we must send the documents again to it for marking, but the really nice coworkers in the vienna current agency Schwechat make up for much again.
At the DO. 13.7. we had a further detailing date with that the basement were discharged, in the ground connection and upper floor give it however which planning concern still some to do, therefore Kerstin and I are on Sunday evening to midnight sat and the plans have controlled, the list with the corrections and/or questions have I today at Mr. Egger of the company Romberger dispatched and a detailing date will be still necessary.
In the meantime already surcharges have themselves with the house for increased output and accessories (div. Mäuerchen, RDS executions in the cellar etc.) on several thousand euro summed up and some breaking into are missing still: - (
We have to remove the weekend used by the remaining bushes from property to and shift a glasshouse, which would be confessed to the building in the way.

The “venture” of the old house runs fully in the schedule and at property already piles up itself sand and earth mountains. Until 20,7. them are finished and punctually to 21.7. presumably begin the excavation by the company Blaha from Velm. In the picture left one sees like so a “venture” before itself goes

Date with our construction supervisor…

Today (Mi. 22.6.) our construction supervisor was to be regarded Mr. count of the company Romberger locally on the building site around itself property and the approach roads. Since the crane a relatively large fastened utility space needs and we in the future garden no mounting material to up-pour to want to have we the road for 1 day with the cellar to set up and 2 days with the house sets up to close (whether completely or only will be still it shown one driving strip). I.e. clarify thus on to the municipality and…

Tree falls!

Friday (24,6.) became sieve large trees (six spruces and a Föhre) on our property please. An acquaintance of my parents has the trees thank-worth-proves in response for the wood (approx. 2 solid cubic meters) pleases. The whole was planned for Monday, but he meant “who like the weather becomes white” and as I on Fridays from the work came was all trees pleases!
